Service policy



We understand the importance of a person’s priorities and therefore always try to estimate* the time and price of a work order before we start, that way our clients can make their decision regarding the repair work.



Once we get the OK to start, we begin with the work.



*please remember our time and price estimations are based on our experience and knowledge. They are strictly estimation. During work we can run into delays or extra parts in need to complete the work. Please refer to the next paragraph regarding those situations.



In case extra work or other parts are needed to complete the work, we will immediately let you know what’s the new time and price.



If you choose to stop the work we will only charge for the time and parts used till that point, if you OK to continue we will issue a new work order and continue.



Service pricing


Our service pricing is simple, we charge 120 Nis (Shekels) for each hour of service technician work + the price of parts needed for the repair + other materials needed for the repair (oil, glue, gas, film etc...).

We charge half the price of Parts, accessories and item orders from vendors in advance.

Orders from vendors



In case a certain part is out of stock we will order* it from the vendor. That in most cases requires a waiting period which depends on the vendor shipping policies and mail systems. We will notify you once the part has arrived and that’s when we start working on your work order.



*Be advised that part orders from vendors are only placed with your confirmation and we charge half the price of the order in advance!

Service liability

 - We give 100% liability for our work

 - We want 100% customer satisfaction

 - If a problem persists or repeats we will re-work it free of charge

- If a certain work is not 100% satisfying we will redo it



Please remember that we will only re-work the same problem or problems proven to be direct results of our initial work.
